During peak summer, concrete slab temperature reaches around 60 to 65 °C. Under similar conditions, RoofLock tile surface temperature reaches around 48° C. RoofLock effectively reduces (at full noon) 12 to 17 °C surface temperatures of the slab, and thereby arrests solar heat absorption. Radiation effect of the slab is minimized (which take place from 5.0pm till late night) due to minimized heat gain of the slab. Thus, RoofLock tile works as a Radiant Barrier
 In winter since the sun's radiation is weak, we get a temperature difference of only 2-3 Deg. or even less if there is fog. That means the temperature of the tile and bare slab are almost same and there is no excessive cooling. However, since RoofLock tiles are insulating they can arrest the heat loss through the roof during winter.

INTRODUCTION Dr. Seal® Primer is a Cold Applied Solvent based bituminous solution designed to use in bituminous waterproofing system. APPLICATION To prepare base for Sticking Roofing Membrane and Bitumen Felt Metals - mild steel, zinc, lead concrete. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Surface should be clean, i.e. free from all oil, grease, dirt, dust and loose material and applied by brush or spray. Coverage 200 gms to 250 gms per sqm. PACKING AND SHELF LIFE 20 liter drum, 1 Year from the date of manufacturing. ADVANTAGES Highly penetrative and low viscosity, Ready to use and easy to apply Good Gripping properties.

Dr.Seal® Flex PG/GG is a two pack Polysulphide based Sealant

with two available grades. After mixing two packs, mixed

material provides a strong & highly elastic sealant through cross

linking process.
