CICO Tapecrete is an acrylic polymer-based, cementitious waterproofing system that, when mixed with cement, forms a flexible, durable, and waterproof composite membrane.

It offers superior adhesion, impact resistance, and chemical durability, making it ideal for both horizontal and vertical applications in construction, infrastructure, and renovation works.

1. Surface Preparation: Clean surface of dirt, loose particles, oil, or grease.

2. Mix Ratio: Mix CICO Tapecrete with fresh OPC cement (typically 1:2 ratio).

3. Application: Apply with brush/roller in 2–3 coats with drying time in between.

4. Curing: Light curing may be done depending on environment.

This high-build Elastomeric Waterproofing Liquid Applied Membrane, based on Polyurethane is ideally suited for waterproofing of roofs, walls and foundation. CORCHEM 260 I is a nitrite/nitrate free liquid corrosion inhibitor for reinforced cement concrete. There is little or no effect on the property of the concrete mix, including compressive strength, set time, air entrainment and workability. CORCHEM 260 I, Corrosion Inhibitor can be used in a repair mortar and can be applied by brush or spray over concrete structure to prevent corrosion of embedded steel since it has the unique capability of diffusion and migration into the concrete to protect adjacent existing structural steel reinforcement. CORCHEM 260 I reduces chloride and carbon-di-oxide infiltration into concrete surfaces and is more environmental friendly and less toxic than alternatives. CORCHEM 260 I is a proprietary organic liquid bipolar concrete penetrating corrosion inhibiting admixture for concrete to prevent corrosion of RCC steel anodically and catholically. It effectively blocks corrosion at both sites and improves corrosion protection of concrete steel reinforced structures exposed to high chloride and certain chemical environments.
