UltraTech Microkrete is a polymer-enriched, cement-based micro concrete — a high-performance, high-strength material designed for precision concrete repair and micro-concreting work. It’s formulated with advanced polymers, additives, and fillers to give it superior bonding, durability, and volume stability compared with ordinary concrete mixes. 

💪 Key Properties 

• High Strength: Designed to deliver strong structural performance (varies by grade with some up to ~80 MPa; the HS3 variant typically around ~40 MPa) depending on the grade you use. 

• Polymer Enriched: The added polymers improve bond strength, durability, and flow.

• Non-Shrink & Self-Compacting: It doesn’t shrink as it hardens and has excellent flowability, so it fills tight spaces without vibration. 

• Good Workability: Can accept coarse aggregates (e.g., up to ~8 mm) for larger volume repair jobs. 

• Durability: Designed for long-lasting repair performance in critical structural areas.

🧰 How It Works

Just add water (and coarse aggregate if required for your application) and mix to a flowable micro concrete consistency. Then place it into the repair area — the polymer enrichment and formulation help the material bond tightly to existing concrete and cure to a strong, durable finish.

• Sold in 40 kg bags

• A single 40 kg bag typically yields about 22-23 litres of micro concrete (at ~15% water-to-powder ratio). 

 

 

UltraTech READIPLAST Repair2Day is a specialized, polymer-modified, ready-mix plaster designed for rapid repair and application, requiring only 16-19% water addition. It offers high compressive strength (≥is greater than or equal to≥ 9 MPa at 28 days), excellent workability, and minimal wastage, with a 1-hour pot life and self-curing properties, ideal for 8-15mm thick layers.
