STP ShaliGrout HS is a non-shrink, high-strength, high-fluidity grout from STP Ltd designed for applications requiring high load-bearing capacity and easy placement. It is used for precision grouting, such as machinery and anchor bolt installations, and can be mixed with water to achieve a free-flowing consistency without bleeding or segregating. Key features

STP ShaliFix SC 40 is a single-component, portland cement-based, non-shrink, rapid-setting repair mortar for concrete and masonry. Its technical specifications include a 10-12 minute workable time, a 40-50 minute setting time, and a minimum 28-day compressive strength of 58-65 MPa. It is supplied as a grey powder in 30 kg bags and requires only clean water to be added for use. Key specifications

ShaliGrout® PU 2K 20 is a hydrophobic, solvent and phthalate free, water reactive polyurethane reaction system. It will react only when it comes in contact with water and would form relatively stiff PU foam and would stop leakage. ShaliGrout® PU 2K 20 is a single component product with an additional catalyst to adjust time as per ambient condition and practical situation. 

ShaliGrout EP® 10 (Formerly known as ShaliGrout EP P) is a high-performance epoxy grout designed for free flow grouting material for use in situations where heavy dynamic and mobile loads are encountered. ShaliGrout® EP 10 is non-shrinking, high bearing strength, low creep and excellent flowability material and is the choice for the toughest and most demanding epoxy installations where bond to existing foundation and machinery is critical. It meets the requirements of ASTM C 307, Type I, Grade II, Class A and meets the thermal compatibility with concrete requirements of ASTM C 884.
